Candidates who just joined a new company are not likely to be open to new opportunities. You can filter them out by adding a current job duration requirement under must-have:

  • "stayed at least 6 months at current company"
  • "stayed at least  1 year at current company"

You can also use this criteria to target candidates who are likely to move soon. For example:

  • "Software engineers who have stayed 3.5 - 4.5 years at current company"
