A lot of times, you might want to find candidates who have stayed at least a year or two on average at their past companies, just to make sure that you won't get a very "jumpy" candidate who will leave soon after you hire them. To do that, you can add a jumpiness requirement as must-have or nice-to-have. 

Here are a few examples:

  • "Stayed 2+ years on average at past companies"
  • "Stayed at least 1 year on average at past companies"
