To find candidates who are likely to be looking for a new role soon, you can specify a time window of how long they stayed at current job as must-have or nice-to-have.
For example, senior software engineers in tech startups usually switch jobs every 3 - 4 years. You can catch them by adding -
- "stayed 3.5 - 4.5 years at current job"
- "stayed 4+ years at current job"
