You can add years of industry specific experience as requirement under must-haves or nice-to-haves. 

Here are a few examples:

  • "3+ years in software development"
  • "2-5 years as an customer success agent"
  • "at least 3 years working at tech startups"

When you use this criteria, Nettrons determines if each experience is in the target industry for a candidate, then add up all relevant experiences' duration to calculate their years of industry-specific experience.
